The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 24th.
day of November last were read and confirmed

Resolved Unanimously

The Elects of a Successor


That it is the Opinion of this Committee that on every
intended resignation of a Chaplain Physician Surgeon Apothecary
Steward or Clerk of the Hospital It is essential to the Harmony
and good order of the Charity that the President and Treasurer
he made acquainted with such intension previous to any measures
being taken by any Subordinate officer of this Charity for promoting
the election of a Successor.

Copy of the above Minute to be
[..] to the before mentd. officers
most to very future elected
officers at his Election


That a Copy of this Minutes be sent by the Clerk to each of
the before mentioned Officers and that it shall be read to every person
who may hereafter be chosen into any one of those Officers at the lease
of his Election in order to promote and Strengthen that just and
necessary confidence of the subordinate Officers in the President
Treasurer and Grand Committee without which no Constitutional
Administration can be supported.
