Instant were read and confirmed.

Gratuity to Mr.
Whitfield the Apothy.

That Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary be allowed a Gratuity of
£40. for his extra Services for the last year

The Report of the Proceedings of the Grand Committee since
the last Annual General Court was laid before the Committee and
read and being approved was signed by the Members of the Committee
now present.

to be vested in the
names of these Govrs

That the property of this Hospital in the Public funds
be transferred by the Representative of Mr Bewden the late
Treasurer into the names of Mr Jeffries the present Treasurer Mr.
Brough and Mr Polhill In trust for this Hospital And that
upon the decease of any one of those Gentlemen another Governor
be appointed a Fouster thereof in his stead into whose name jointly
with the Survivors the Stocks are to be transferred and so in
future as often as any vacancy shall happen so that they may
always be vested in the names of three of the Governors of this
Hospital.
