The Treasurer reported that he had sold £3000 3 P Ct.
Resolved Bank Annuities and £1950. Old South Sea
Annuities for the purpose of Paying for the purchase of
the Tebshelf Fishes which had proscceed £2859.12.3
and that he had [..] that sum with £140.7.9 of
the Hospital back amounting together to £3000 in part
of the purchase money.

to Jona Haskins< no role >

Agreed
To grant a Lease to Mr Jonathan Haskins< no role > of
a House in the Old Bailey in his own occupation for a
term of 21 years from Michaelmas next at a Rent of
£10 P Ann clear of the Land tax and all other taxes
and Mr Haskins to expand £160 in Repairs under
the direction of the Hospital Surveyor.
