Old Bailey held by Mr Lester under a lease granted to Wm Daniel< no role >
at £6 P Annum which will expire at Lady day next for a term of
21 years from that time at a clear rent of £18 P Ann Mr Lester
expending £130 at least in repairs within the past two years.
