The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 30th day
of March last were read and confirmed.

Lease to Thomas
Jordan< no role > Esqr .

Agreed To grant a Lease to Thomas Jordan< no role > Esqr of a house Known
by the sign of the Jacobs Well in Tower Royal (late on Lease
to him) for a term of 14 years commencing from Christmas
last when such lease expired at a rent of £10 P Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and Mr. Jordan
to expend £40 at least in Repairs.

Ten years to be added

Agreed
In consideration of the un [..] expence Mr Wessells Tenant
of three houses in Fleet lane and the Old Bailey under a lease
for 21 years from Midsummer last has been at in repairing the
leases to add 10 years to his lease

Gratuity to Mr
Whitfield.

Ordered
That Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary be allowed a Gratuity
of £40 for his extra Services for the last year.

Clk Bill to be
paid

Ordered
The payment of the Clerks Bill of fees amounting to
£27..8.. [..] relating to the dispute between the City and the
Royal Hospitals

Resolved
That the Annual General Court of this Hospital be
held on Wednesday the 8th. day of August next at the
usual time.
