The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 9th.
day of October last were read and confirmed Except the clause
respecting the Schedules directed to be annexed to the Hospital
Leases which is agreed to be rescinded and instead of such
Schedules a Clause is directed to be inserted in the Leases enabling
the Governors to enter at any time during the term of such
Leases to make Schedules.

Idol lane in his own occupation held under a Lease granted
to Willm. Sarney< no role > which expires at Lady day 1783 for a term of
21 years from that time at a rent of £32.10. of Annm. clear of
the Land tax and all other taxes Mr. Prettyman to expand
£190. in Repairs before Lady day 1786 to the Surveyors's
approbation and to ensure the Premises at £1000
