This Committee approved of Mr Trear direction and
further orderd that the said Collins have directions
to fell any court timber the he finds not likely to
thrive.

Mr Trear laid before the Committee a Letter
from Nicholas Swain< no role > the Hospital's tenant at Comb
Farm in Kent which gives an Account of two
Barns & other buildings belonging to the said
farm being blown down & other great damage
being done there & desiringthe Governors of
this Hospital
to have Timber assign'd him
for rebuilding & repairs & that the Governors
of the Hospital will please to consider him
further as to those damages.

Mr Ruck being acquainted with one
Smock a Carpenter liveing near the Farm
is desired him to View the damages
and give a particular Account. thereof and
of what Timber will be wanting for reparing
the same and to consult with Gourley
the Hospital Woodreeve & Consider of proper
Timber to be assign'd.

Mr. Noy Mr. Adson & Mr. Lake Tenants of
three houses in the high Street near the Hospl.
Gate attended & proposed to take Leases of
those but were not prepared to bid for the
same.

Mr. Trear is desired to direct Mr Porter
the Bricklayer to View the said Houses
and make Estimates of what repairs are
wanting therein
