It being considered that the Lease of three Houses
now held by Mr John Greenhill< no role > in right of his Wife
late Agnes Clerk< no role > will expire at Michas 1734
and a Lease of a house in Lease to Mr Esther Gibbons< no role >
and now in the Tenure of Mr Tho Addys< no role > Ironmonger
will expire at Xmas 1735 And that Mr
James Abbis< no role > the Potter is minded to take
a Lease of the Houses holds at Will at the
Corner of St Thomas Gate

the said Houses and also a House in the

Extor of Eliz Percival< no role > & also Six houses
now in Lease to Edward White< no role > house in the
Court near St Thomas's Church yard & also
five houses in the New way in the Tenure of
John Dighton< no role > and Report the Condition
thereof to the Grand Committee

That Mr Porter the Bricklayer do
View the large house in the Old Baily in
the Tenure of Mr Johnson & take a particular
Account of its condition & make and Estimate
of the repairs that will be proper in order to
Letting a new Lease
