Minutes of last Grand Comittee held 23d
April read & approved

The Clerk reported that pursuant to the
directions of the last Grand Comittee he pre-
-pared an Extract of the Precidents relating
to the Choice of Presidents of this Hospitals
within the last hundred years which Extract
was now readas followsVide this Mark
on the otherside

The Clerk further acquainted this
Comittee that he attended the Court of Aldermen
on the 22d instant & laid the said Extract
before that Court as he was directed by the
last Grand Comittee.

Dr Wadsworth
Surrended his
Office of Physician

The Treasurer laid before this Committee
a Letter he received this Morning from Dr.
Wadsworth one of the Physicions of this Hospl.
Signifying that he Surrendred the said office
which Letter was read

Resolved That the thanks of this Grand
Comittee be returned to the said Dr Wadsworth
for his Long & faithful Service to this Hospl.
as one of the Physicians thereof and Mr.
Treasurer is desired to give him such
thanks
