in the room of Dr. Wadsworth as a that the
President approv'd of Wednesday next
being the 30th, instant for that purpose
Mr. Treasurer is desired by this Comittee
to order Summons's to be issued for calling
a General Court on Wednesday next at 11 [..]
O Clock in the forenoon for the Choice of a
Physician in the room of the said Dr.
Wadsworth who has resigned and a
porter in the room of James Dobney< no role >
deceased & for other Affairs.

Church Yard
Rails to be
repaired.


Mr Trear acquainted this Comittee
that the Rails of the Church Yard are in a
very ruinouse condition and there is
much wanting an Addition al buring
Ground.

Mr. Treasurer is desired give
directions for reparing the said Rails &
to enquire after some convenient place
for an other burying Ground

Bill to be Exhited
at Hinton Netherhall


Order'd That the Clerk do prepare
a bill to be exhibd. into the high Court of
Chancery to enquire into what Claims
are made on any part of the Hospl. Estate
at Hinton Nitherhall And that he do write
to Mr Serocold to acquaint him therewith
& desire such information as the said Mr Serocold can give
