Butler & Brewer. in the Room of Edwd. Stansfield< no role >
Deced & to be Recomended for that Purpose to the Genall
Court were Read And the said Walter Jones< no role > was
Elected.He is to Officiate these Places & also the
Place of Porter till the next Generall Court Which the
Comittee is of Opinion not to have Called till the Latter
End of the YeareBut Stansfield Widow is to have
the Profitts of the Butlers & Brewers Places tillMids
Midsumer next.

Mr Mount Mr. Theafe & Mr Pledger had been at Alvethley the
28th of May last & held A Court Baron there And also Viewed
Mr. Collyers Marsh Wall Which They found to be in A good
Condicon.

Mr Trear Acquainted the Comittee with the State of the
Proceedings at Law agt. Aaron Smith< no role > of Tibshelfe in Derbyshire
in Order to Remove him from the Possion of the Farme He Held
in Tibshelfe upon A Lease with Expired at Michas last And
