Report their Opinion to this Committee And they also
Desired to View the House and Ground in Shoreditch held
by Mr. Boarder the Lease whereof is near Expiring and
Report the Value.

Mr: Trear Reported that He with Mr: Kendrick
and Mr Micklethwaite had Veiwed the House at the
Corner of Basing Lane in Bow Lane in Lease to One
for about 11: Yeares to come and now in the
Possion of Clarke Tallow Chandler at
Understenant or Assignee of sd:at £16.
P Ann And they finding, That it was Defective in the
Corner post and other Substantiall parts had Ordered
the said Clarke to Repaire the same, And it Appearing to
this Committee That he has laid out Upwards of £33:
and has Repaired it Substantially And it being A
Lasting Repaire The Committee thought Fitt and Ordered
That he be Allowed the Yeares Rent which will be due
at Xtmas next towards the sd: Charge But he is to pay
the Taxes for that Yeare.

Ejectments having been Delivered to Capt. Rues
Tenmt: of Houses in St: Thomas's parish for
Non payment of Rent and of Reentry made by Mr:
Trear whereby the Lease (Of which abt: 5: Yeares are to
come) are [..] Avoided and the said Tenements being very much
out of Repaire And the Tennt: not able to make it Good

The Hospll: Rents come
to P Ann: £11:

Ordered that it be referred to Mr: Trear to Direct the
same, to be putt into Tennantable Repaire And to
Lett the same in the best manner he Can And also to
Direct the Repaire of an Old House in Cheqr. Alley
Southwarke.

Orderd: that Timber be Assigned to Mr: Brett for
Repaires of his House & Buildings in Paradon .

Ordered that Courts be held at Paradon and
Aloethly in the Spring And that A View be their Taken
of the New Wall made there by Mr: Collier which
was much Damaged by the Great Tyde in Febr: last
And That the Tennt: be Desired in the meane time to
Use his best Endeavours to Procure A Forelong to be
made before the sd: Wall.
