Mr: Trear Acquainted the Committee That the Exchange
between this Hospll: and Capt: John Walker< no role > , Of Two small
parcells of Land in Hillingdon in the County of Middx was
Pfected by Indenture bearing Date the Thirtieth Day of
November 1714: And that Capt: Walker had presented the
Hospitall with £40: as his Free Guift.

Ordered That an lesse the Legacy given to this
Hospitall by Mr. Elborough Decd, be forthwith paid,
His Examrs: be sued for the same.

Dr. Mead having Resigned as aforesd, and Mr.
Girle One of our Surgeons being Dead, Mr. Trear
is Desired to Waite on the president to Account A
Generall Court, for Supplying their places,
on Wensday near or such Other Day, as he
thinks more convenient
