Mr Trearer Reported That he & Mr Halsey 11th Apr last Took A
View of the Woods in Parndon in One of which A Fall was then
Making of the Underwood And that 121: Oakes were Marked out
by them to be Felled cont a together abt. 34 Load which They
Sold to One Wm Clarke< no role > for £75. To be paid One halfe at
Midsumer & the Other half at Michas next.

And that They had held A Court Baron for the Mannor
of Katherines in Parndon lately purchased of Mr Browne
& his Wife.

the sign of the Key joining to & Lying partly over the Gateway
Leading out of the Borough into St: Thomas's, Parish Under A
Lease Expiring at Michas 1717: at 12s. P Ann. The Improv'd
Rent whereof is 50s. P Ann. Acquainted this Comtee. That
Mr Rider had Consented that he should have the Right of
Renewing the said Lease & also the Lease of A Little House
Lying within the said Gateway And he produced a Note
under the said Mr Riders hand whereby he Signifyes such his
Consent. Whereupon it was Agreed with the said Mr
Slade to Grant him A New Lease of the said house now
in his possion And also of the said Little House which
Adjoines to the Back part thereof And is now in the possion of
Ephraim Lander< no role > & held by the said Mr Rider under A Lease
