Gratuity be Recieved by any of the said Officers or Servts:
from any of the Churchwardens or Overseers or any other
Officer of any Parish whatsoever on the Accompt of or
in relation to the Admitting of any Patients into this
Hospitall or any Out Patients, Upon paine of Suspension
of every such Officer or Servt: dureing the Pleasure of the
Grand Comittee or Trear for the First Offence, And of
Expulsion for the Second Offence.

2dly:

That no Person desireing to be an Out Patient shall
Enter within the Barr, till the Governors have Done takeing in
those, who are to be Admitted into the house, And the
Beadles are to take Care, that the Out Patients are acquainted
with this Order, and that the same be Duely Observed.

3dly:

That no Person shall be Entred as an Out Patient
without a Note from A Governor of this Hospitall Or the Church Warden of [..] the Parish
where such Person Inhabitts(if any there) Or the Churchwarden
of such Parish
And every Governor & Churchwarden are
Desired not to Give such Note unlesse they are well
Satisfied the Person recomended wants the Charity, of this
Hospll: and is not in Circumstances to pay for Physick or
Medicines.

4ly:

That at least One Doctor or Surgeon shall continue
at the Barr, on Takeing in Dayes to Examine the Cases of
such as Desire to be made Out Patients.

5thly:

That No Out Patient shall be confirmed, longer than One
Month, unlesse the Governors Takers in or Trear with the
Advice of the Drs: or Surgeons shall give Order for the
same And that not more than 40: Patients shall be
Admitted in any One Day.

6ly:

That Tables of these Fees & Orders shall be Hung
up in the Compting House & in every Ward, And upon One of [..]
Pillars under the Great Hall on Takeing in Dayes.
