The Doctors and Surgeon Attended this Comittee
upon the Matter Complained off a the Lease Comittee
Relating to the Breach of the Order made for Limitting ye
Number and Assertaining the Qualificacons of the Surgeon
pupills, And were all heard Temhing the same, And the
Number and Qualificacons of Mr: Ferne'd and Mr: Girses
pupills having been Inquired into and Considered of at the
Lass Committee the Life Inquiry was new made as to Mr:
Rydonbts pupills, And it Appeared that he has now Four
Pupills Vizt: Thomas Fish< no role > , Alexanders Humed, SilasBradbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
and Thomas Holdernesse< no role > , And also One John Brooked< no role >
who was at first his pupill, but was Turn'd over to him as an
Apprentice in July last, as the Comittee Apprehended on
purpose only to Evade the said Order. And in Regard the said
Humes hath been Bred use under his Further an Apothecary
in St: Olaves parish last ye said not practising, Surgery And that the said
Brooked the Tyrened over as an Apprentice, deed not dwell
wth Mr: Rydoubt, But Attends him in the day Time only in
the Nature of or Pupill, and is before a person of ill Bpund [..]
This Comittee Ordered that he should not be Imployed by Mr
Rydoubt any Longer in the Hospitall Business, And that [..]
said Humes should not be Continued as a Pupill, And all
the said Pish he having been Regularly Admitted a Pupills
by the Comittee and being duly Qualified was now again
Approved, But the Consideracon of the Qualified and of
the other Five Pupills Soolderness and Bradbury was
Adjourned till the next Comittee.

A Lease of the Demenfned of the Mannord of Halfing High
and Aldelese in the County of Kent (lately held by Sr: William
Hengwood
< no role > Barrt : upon or Lease which Expired Yesterday)
And also of the Underwoods belonging to the said Manners
For-21: yrs: from the Renacon of that Lease At the Yearly
Rent of - £50: For a Fine of £200: Whereof - £50: is to be
paid in Fourteen daices-£50: more at Michal - 1714: and
this Remaining - £100: at Michal - 1719: Tho Hospitall is
to Build a New Reene house and Grasbury But the Ress of
the Buildings are to be build in the Comicon they are
Left by the said St. Wm. Hongwood< no role > , Mr: Samby having the
Benefitt of his Creen for Repaint if he shall think for A [..]
this Lease is to be Geanted with and under such [..]
