Governor . have been lately presented by the
Jury of Sewers for not Repairing the Publick
Grate in St: Thomas's [..] neare 3: Herring
Court, This Comittee is of Opinion, that the
same ought to be Repaired by the Inhabitants
and not by the Governor : and that if there
be any further Proceedings on the sd Presentmt:
Mr. Trear should take care to defend the
same at the Hospll. Charged.

Grand Comittee Vew 16 Jan:1707:

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved
Capt: Walker's proposall for Exchange of
Land at Hillingdon , being referred to this
Comittee by the last Generall Court, was now
Read, and Capt: Walker being Heard thereupon
[..] Offered to Give Twenty Guineys as the
Consideracon for such Exchange, Which being
Considered, this Comittee is of Opinion, that
Capt. Walker [..] Fifty Guineys
should be given to the Hospll. for such Exchange
The Capt. being accquainted therewith, did not
think fitt to Agree to it, but desired the
Matter might be Deferred, whereupon this
Ordered that the further Consideracon shall
be adjourned.

Ordered that Beds be made & Sett up
in the New Wards lately built by Mr. Guy,
with all convenient speed, and it is referred
to Mr. Trear to direct & agree for the same
