Agreed with Capt. Isaac Gonyquet< no role > Sr : Eloy
our Tennt: of A Messuage with the Gardens
Barnes Stables Out houses & Buildings & Land thereunto
belonging lyeing in Sun bury in the County of
Middx which he holds by Lease Dated the 20th.
of March 1687. wherein will be Fifteen Years
to come at Michas next That in Consideracon
of a Fine of Two Hundred & Thirty Pounds to
be paid [..] by the sd Capt. Sr. Eloy, he
shall have a New Lease granted of the
premisses for the Terme of One & Twenty
Yeares to Comence from the Expiracon of the
present Lease vizt: Michas 1722: At the
Old yearly Rent of Ten Pounds payable
quarterly & all Usuall & Reasonable Covents.
& provisoes. But if upon Reporting this
Agreemt. to the Generall Court they shall
not think fitt to Approve the same, Then
it is to be void & of no Effect.

Mr. Trear to be put into the
poors Box, if Agreemt. Confirmed.

Ordered that a New Terrar be made
of the Premisses, with exact Abuttalls &
Boundings.
