Rent & Money to be laid out in New
Building be equally divided.

Mr. Trear accquainting the Comittee
that the Trears of St. Bartholomews, Christ
Bridewell & Bethlem Hosplls., who have
agreed to Joyne with this Hospll. in a
peticon to her Majty: for further
Lycences in Morteraine, refuse to
advance any part of the present Charge;
and only give a Condiconall promise to
make an Allowance of their propercons
in case theyreceivesucceed in this Applicacon
Ordered that Mr: Trear due proceed in
a Separate Applicacon for this Hospitall
alone, Unlesse the sd other Hospll: Shall
think fitt to Advance their propercons
of the Charge.

Ordered that Green Staff be sent
to Spencer Cowper< no role > Esqr . and Decaean
Dee
< no role > Esqr , to be Governors. of this Hospll.
And tis Referred to Mr. Trear to Retayns
the sd Mr. Dee to be Standing Coanrill
for this Hospll. and to present him with
such Fee as he shall think propper.

Mr. Anne Brett< no role > our Tennt. of Lady at
Parndon in Essex desired to Renew her
Lease which expires at Michas: 1769:
