It is referred to Mr: Trear,. Mr:Cole, Mr: Gunston
Mr: Micklethwaite & Major Cooke or any Two of
them to Views the Stewards Old House, and
to direct & agree for the Making of a paire of Staires
there if they think it proper.

Capt: St: Eloy attending this Comittee, was
Accquainted, that at the last Generall Court
a proposall was made by a Governos : to give
Three Hundred Pounds Five for the like Lease
in Revercon, as was proposed to be Lett to
him at the Comittee the 2d: of July last, for
£230: Fine Upon which Capt: St: Eloy
declared that he would not Give any more
Fine then he had before proposed, Whereupon
tis Ordered that Mr: Fryer be desired to attend
at the next Comittee touching the sd proposall not
by his at the set last Generall Court.

The Sub Comittee above appointed to View to
Stewards Old House, having Viewed the
Same are of Opinion that a Paire of
Staires should be made therein, and that Mr.
Trear should direct & Agree for the doeing
thereof.
