The Peticons of the Several following Persons
for the said Place were Read Vizt.

Sarah Beard< no role >
Dorothy Forster< no role >
Ann Kilson< no role >
Mary Hindmoor< no role >

Elizabeth Lukin< no role >
Mary Godwin< no role >
Sarah Shilfox< no role > &
Jane Owen< no role >

And then this Court Proceeding to the Choice of a Matron in the
Room of the said Mrs: Aldersey. The above named Ann Kilson< no role > was
Chosen into the said place To hold the same during the pleasure
of this Court with the Usual Fees and perquisites thereunto belonging

Then this Court Proceeded to the Choice of some fit person
to Succeed our late Trear Wm. Cole< no role > Esqr . who hath this day Resigned
as aforesaid And there upon Charles Joye< no role > Esqr . was Chosen to be
Trear of this Hospl. in the Room of the sd. Mr. Cole.

And the said Mr Joye not being Present at this Court Mr Raper
& Dr. Fanquier were Ordered to wait upon the said Mr. Joye and
Acquaint him with the said Choice And desire his Company forthwith
at the said Hospital.

This Court being moved to Give thanks to Thomas Guy< no role > Esqr for his
Great Bounty to this Hospl. and likewise on Accot. of his Noble
Designe to Build an Hospital for Incurables.

It was therefore Unanimously Resolved That this Court Gives
to Thomas Guy< no role > Esqr . their most hearty thanks for his Unparralelled
Bounty & Benefaction in his Several Great Gifts to this Hospl.
and in his Erecting at his own Charge Another Hospl. so great &
usefull as is that which he is now Carrying on for Incurables.

And this Court being also Moved for their Thanks to be given
to Wm. Cole< no role > Esqr . one late Trear for his Great services to this Hospl.

Resolved (remine contradicente) That this Court do hereby
Returne their Hearty thanks to Wm. Cole< no role > Esqr . the late Treasurer
of this Hospital [..] for his good Offices & great services done
for this Hospl. during the time of his being Treasurer .
