Generall Court Mercur 6 o: May: 1724 .

The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were Read &
approved.

The Trears Accot. for the Year Ending at Lady Day 1723. which has been
duely Audited being presented to this Court was approved & Allowed

The Report from the Grand Committee of their Proceedings Since the
last General Court was read & is as follows Vizt.

To the Worshipfull Etc.

Which Report and all the Matters & things therein contained were
Approved and Allowed by this Court And the same was Ordered to be Entred
in the Reportory of the Proceedings of this Court.

Several of the Gentlemen now present Subscribed considerable
Sums of Mony towards the great and extraordinary Charge of this Hospl.

This Court being informed That Mr. Nehemiah Lyde< no role > one of the
Standing Auditors desires to Resigue And this Court Agreeing thereto
proceeded to Choose Another Standing Auditor in his Room And Henry
Lovell
< no role > Esqr . was unanimously Chosen to be One of the Standing Auditors

The Eight following Gentl vizt. Joseph Brooks bank< no role > Esqr . Mr. Thomas
Hollis
< no role > Mr. James Ruck< no role > Moses Raper< no role > Esqr . Edmund Halsey< no role > Esqr John
Lade
< no role > Esqr . Dr. John Francis Fanquier< no role > & Mr. Nathl. Garland< no role > were Chosen
Auditors to Joine with the Four standing Auditors in Auditing Mr Trears
Accot. for the Year ending at Lady Day 1724. And likewise from thence
to this Day in regard he has this day Resigned his place of Trear
of this Hospl. as appeares by the Report from the Grand Comittee His
present Illness hindring him from doing the same in this Court.

And it is Ordered and Directed That the said late Trear shall pay what
shall Appeare on the Ballance of his Accot. to be in his hands to such person
as shall be Chosen by this Court to Succeed him in the said Office of Trear
And that the Receipt of such Person so Chosen as aforesaid shall be a
full Discharge to him for the same.

Mr Benjamin Braines< no role > Mr. Matthew Howard< no role > Mr. Saml. Lessingham< no role > Moses
Raper

Chosen upon the Grand Committee in the Room of those Gentlemen who
now Go off in Course As having been Three Years or upwards already
upon the Committee and of Mr. Deacle who is Dead whose Names are as follow

Esqr . Henry Lovell< no role > Esqr . Mr. James Lamb< no role > Mr. Francis Moult< no role > & Wm. Billers< no role > Esqr .

This Court being informed That the place of Matron of the Hospl.
