St. Thomas's Hospital 21st March 1800

Sir
I received your of the 18th. with the two Accounts which are
agreeable to the Plan, only the half year paid by Mr. Withers [..]
& Johnson should have been noted as Paid to Michmas or rather
the Money not brought into this Account as it properly belongs to
the what wethear this the Account will not agree; also in the
Observations you seing Stanten £23.10.0 per ½ year to Laday 1799
should be £27.10.- of Hancock from Michmas 1800 as £122 clear
rent, then looks as if it was as agreed which it is not, [..] the lease
expires Michmas 1801. The Abatement to Tegell supposes that he pay
if not the whole, as least apart of the In [..] that the Savoy feeld
added to Stockeld leases his Rent as it even £150 clear, that is haveing
the Land tax Etc for it. It may be proper here to say the Accounts
serv our as one Year to Lady day 1799 of Course the Meat then
due is payable at or before Michmas, therefore the Accot. must
be made up as soon ofter as [..] as least 3 or 4 weeks before
Xmas in order to be brought into that Years Account, otherwise
by sen books the Tenants appear to [..] 2 years rest when in
fact les only one.

Do you know of using Places of Falbourn & Teversham, formirly
they were less together. in the Eilunates you lately sent the Acres,
dont agree, a Copy of last have sent or the other Side. You will
settle Look us Insurance as before declared, & for Richell the Agree-
-ment well for the fast Lessee (Brewitt) was for him to ensure of Course
must deceased to her Successor, Willingtall & Tagell may be compounded,

Mr. Cromwell will wrote to you about the Quit rents on the
huks we cannot claim of any Person larger those their being
