I duly received your of the 20th. covering two
Bills Value one hundred seventy six Pounds eighteen Shillings
£176.18.in part of Bewick tents to Lady day last.

I left London a few days before the 28th Septr. but and Letter
Prior to that you mentioned your Opinion about the Colling, &
suggested whether it might not be proper to work it for the [..]
of as containing the Value, & that the Expence of Implements Etc
would be £300 or £400 which would or a great Measurer be
referred on letting it: to this I answered that nothing but
necessity would induce sees to such in undertaking, even with
this tunilled Expence. Be this as it may I well are suppose
it quite dropped of Consider the made of Letting it.I Now nothing
can be more overseers than that the Turant should be [..]
to make good every damage, I remove & level every Remem-
-brance, in short whatever may injent the land, for it is con-
-trary to cer [..] Sense to risque what is sent to & above Ground,
for what is under & invisible, nor would I adverse taking with
any one an every other footing. We are not competent to Judge
of these Matters like those who are used to them, therefore
cant or see the necessity of your comey to Town unless other

I duly reced as seen Coveing a Bill Value One hundred Seventy
Pounds being the Consideration reced of Mr Burgey for a lease
agreed to be granted him & in Case of any farther herein to
return the Money.

I duly received years of the 29th. covering a Bill,
Value purchased Psusd £500. in pair of Tibshelf rents
what you have paid towards the Coal sough & Melward I pep-
-pers well be specified in the Account: the Collney serve to
be a Lobbing Affair; I wick we may adjust it where ever meet
but if cold Wee then can present it, I do not know when its
