Encouragement to un [..] man, but it [..] her be talked of
I have wrote to Tagell that the Committee understand the Commission is
made proper Allowance to all who suffered by the In [..] but at
all Es [..] he talked of too much, to or bate £10. use of £40 on Account
of a Common is out of the Way, I asked him if he wi [..] to give up
he Lease, the Sundles out from weeks 1798 in £130 & Mr. Head lys
£120 clear. The [..] for Hinton Nethnall is an object & [..]
collected. You have not rejected to what I said of the Gratuity to Mr.
Freeman being or [..] led seem after it was granted, that on Account of
the In [..] I approved to be paid put out of the Grand Hock; indeed
the whole of the In [..] Business has been a most [..] thing
for the Hospital. I just intimated in a former Litter about a final
Adgentment of Mr. Freemans Accot - I cannot agree & suppose the
Committee well not to a whole year due at Mich [..] as to be paid the
Lady day following; this is leaving ¾ in hand instead of ½ year.
I cane not present (if ever) make not the Affair about Argents £88
a Tythe, is was a most [..] bled again & poor Mr. Freeman was not
up to it.

I received yours of 11th & 14th with the Certificates for Tibshelf
Bewick Melwards lease was out by Coach that sit out early on
Tuesday Morning therefore hope your have received at [..] Time.
Nothing has passed about any of the Governors [..] Tibshelf,
therefore hope what I have said before of not [..] deny for Tufler
will make the setting cary We again wart by on what has been
expended on the Coal sough. I had not charged the £19.18.
there to but shall considered it as an Arrear; your well be on good
not to blend there again, it is now g [..]

I cannot avoid leasbluy you with a Letter [..] ing from exam-
-ining the Accot. you out 3 Months ago, in which it is stated
that Head by paid £165 to Lady day. 1798, that is one year & or
half at £110 p Ann. I by you will examine this, I rather
think that instead of Lady day, it should be Michmas 1798:
in this Turn a little can fined, by the Kental you lately sent
me which makes the Rent paid to Michmas 1798. from which
Time he advanced rent of £120 cer [..] ces. I receive your
Letter with some Expectation of occing you next Week
