Due Attention not having been given to former Notices
about the Payment of Rent & Insurance for Premises held by your
in St. Thomas's Street, I now have at in Charge to inform you
that if the Matter is not settled by 12 o clock on Monday next,
the Occupies will have notice but to pay you away Rent or
else a Destress will be liveed upon then Good.

Sir
I duly reced yours of the 20th with a Bill Value forty nine
Pounds one Shilling & yd beery the Balance of one years Accot. due
to this Hospital for the Manor of Pewsey .

I must in that I am rather [..] with the Reason for
not remitting the fine for James Being ys lease; if he was
willing to trust you I think you might have trusted the
Hospital, who might have had at Recept direct by from the
Hospital (without involvery you) that the Lease should be
delivered when duly executed in the fine returned, One lease
frequently take a good deel of Tune, as some if them require
the City deal, which is often much delayed; whether the calls for
is I am not certain, as all Events at must come before the Grand
Comm the which dont meet very often.

13.6.8 for 2 years rent for priory Estate of 2/10 for Acquittance Etc

We have as yet taken no Steps for setting in order to rede [..]
Land tax, but have judged at caped sent [..] for laid ed
Property: the four [..] it Hospitals are in the same Situation
& we expect same further Regulation it Exter [..] , the same
it Guys. when we come to sell the Annuity you pay will be
as likely as any but I cannot comprehend how you could
have some hand a similar Thing of Christ Hospital. I rent
there for Information & was premised to have it but have hot
yet received it, otherwise would have un [..] ed your letter sooner
