produce Certificates of Land tax; we have got therefrom nest of

Sir
I received yours of the 26th. How far a Certificate of the Land tax
is necessary, but it servey as if save Attraction was proper; the
Account I have had £43.11.6 We have not yet finally deceded
what to do & I believe the Same of the other Royal Hospitals:
Application has been made for same Particular Prove [..] , &
we expect to hear soon.

I have had no further Application about a Lease for the
Estate therefore if any other Season is more proper for valuing
it there is no Need of any Harte. The Circumstance of charging
the Name to Will Carming I should suppose of so little Consequence
that it in may be presened on if any Inconvenience will attend
deferring of perhps till Jany.
