Sir

I am duly favoured with yours of 17th. inclosing a
Bill 54..7..1. in part of Rent to. Michs last [..] frein
Willim. Heath< no role > of Milton to this Hospital what he desired
you to mention that there ovr he about £8..10.. to be
allowed him for repairs in the next years Rent [..]
arise from some misapperhension, our Agreement ones to
allow him £200: for repairs, all our wishes desire of you is
that you believe he has actually done it: but the Bills now
sent amount to only 113..10..3the payment to Loder
£18..0..0 is not to be [..] any part at least if it is
we she deduct it from she 200 recall if only 82£ if any
Timber was cut down, it was to be valued to paid for as if.
sold to any one else but I dont know if any has been [..]
in short the whole matter stands thus, he agreed with Leder
to take his Lease, but the premises being on bad condition the
Hospital, by your advise, agreed to allow him £200 to he
actually land out by him to put them in good condition
therefore one expect that so much is laid out by him &
shall be satisfied by your seeing the Bills Etc & Tilling us that
you he leive it is done & dont mant any bills sent the ther
for further assurance. The insurance from fire is renewed
for 7 Yrs: the. Amount £9..19..5. I have enclosed a Sketch
of the Account as it now stands in which it is inserted
but it is on a supposition that the whole of the £200 is
to the laid out.
