Mr. Freemans
Sir

I recr your favor with the Account at
present shall only observe that some appear to be much
in Acrear. I saw Mr. Cromwell Yesterday who gave me
some Account of what pass'd the 19th: am glad things are
so far settled & that the awards remains open for the purpose
of some exchange or what close may offer, in respect to
exchanger. I have told every one that we shoud he welling
to accomodate as far as meccan without injuiry, but for this [..]
we must in a great measure Depend on your judgement; therefore
have referred them to you, but not to authorise any
engagement only. so far as you recommend it, it will
he [..] good ground to lay it before the Grand Committee's
for their approbation more than this I cou'd not
venture myself; you intimate that you shall he in
Town soon I shd. like to call a Committee at the same
times but this requires 4 or 5 Days notice & I shd' wish
to see you and Mr. Cromwell a Layer two before it
you can be in Town the 4th of March or the 8th. or the 11th
I end call the Committee on either of those days. you to
be here a Day or two before please to give me a line
or if absent let some one inform me where you are
and when likely to return.

I am
Sir
Your most Hble Servt.
