Has not the same motion for oppressing an end in
dual as some private persons may do, on the
other hand, if the then tenant: shd: take any
steps to mast: or rack the estate contray to custom
and good husbandry, the same body mill not
spare any expence or trouble to obtain redress.

Mr. Stone

Since you was have I have seen the Person
who went to view your house at Pinner Park the report
they make is that it is in a very had state all the out
buildings & what properly belong to the Tenant have
been shamefully neglected, now as you was the Tenant
under the late Lease you are certainly very blameable
& ought to he called of to make good of what you have
omitted, as well as what you have done in consequence
of your agreeing for a new Lease as to the Dwelling
house, the in a had condition & morse than it ought
to have been, we shall take proper steps to do
what is best perhaps it may be rebuild & better
contrived by having cellars Etc but this is not finally
determined on

I am
Sir Your hble Servt:
E J.
