Mr. Freeman Accot.-There is an Account of Stanson £46.18.5 paid
him but the part [..] an & other Vouchers are not sent. I shell be glad
to hear what Progress you have made in receiving the Rents, also
the Quet rents; eve [..] now be very alert for the Ground Committee
have resolved & every body into be informed that the Rents out to be
paid half yearly as Lady day & Michmas in the made, the Rent due
as Michmas is to be paid by the Middle of March, & soon which leaves
half a year in hand, I must observe that Mr. Sandle paid £60
Mr. Stochild £50 & Mr. Looker £37.10.11, which you well note the same
as if you had received it & remitted to me. I must des us you well
send in the Cours of next Week, the sooner the better, a Rental of all in
your Care. I have in the Duck of this supplied aform.

Sir
I received your of 30th. June coverers two Bells Value Four
hundred Pounds which with sundry Articles comprized in two half
yearly Accounts to Mictmas 1798 & Lady day 1799 make up the
Tibshelf Rents to that Terne, Tea [..] yet comprehend the Arrear
of £18. Barlow, I observe two Sums together £117.11.3 car [..] to the
Coal Sought what I make paid before is £704.6.- I observe £10.
of the Turnpike to Lady day 1794.

In Respect to Milwards A Pair, would wish settled as cary as
can be, that is I would not wish you to stand for Tusles; the great
Object is to check future Im [..] ; as I observed before you every
as attend of Close make a difficulty & say you must wrote [..]
make a rend of favour of it whether your wrote or no. I saw this day
one of our Governors who has just determin from that Quarter the
make serve Eng [..] about M [..] that a favourable Accts so far
as that has farm was in good Co [..] I told him there eve [..]
who would sevg as [..] bar those near him de [..] &
something was heated that he was to recd to quer the House is told to
do [..] soever than at first agreed, bar I thought that very unlikely

Sir
I received yours of the [..] ing a draft for One hundred
fifty one Pounds 11/6 on Aust. or Rent. Jevell Speak to Mr. Crosswell
at bar the [..] you say about the Ten arts paying at
Lady day all at once [..] of deveding it I presume you mean
that they well pay the whole Pe [..] , or wether 3 or 4 weeks
after Lady day would make no great de [..] well
not be complied eveth, & after all should rother devide it. To lack
must not his back, her [..] is but small. Tagell of Paindeakas
applead for some Allowance in being depired of his Rights of Common
[..] £10 a year which sumes a great decl there is some In-
-surance of her unpaid. I before che [..] a Qu [..] as Avily
the roome body called her to pay. I have not settled [..]
