Sir
The Lease to Sr William Will< no role > is being near expired
and Sr William intending to treat for a renewal, The Gent
of our Committee think it incumbent on them to make
an enquiry into the real Value of that Estate that they
may know how to Act as becomes their Trust and
therefore I am directed to desire your opinion, who
must certainly know that affair better than any other
person and upon whose fairness and integrity the
Governors Greatly rely, and I hope you will be so
good as to favour me with your thoughts at your
soonest convenience

The Gent who were at the last Court return
you many thanks for your kind and Generous
entertainment and I am obliged in particular
manner to add the tender of my own which with
wishing you Joy of the honour of the Care of the Child
County and humble Service to Your Self and Lady
