Madam
If you want Timber for repairs at Alvethly it
is I think necessary to sent to the Hospital a particular
of what repairs are wanted and what Timber the same will
require both as to kind and quantity, which if you'll
please to do; proper directions will be given agreeable
to your Lease. I am with humble Service to your
self and all the good family
