vs.
Abell & ors }
For a Conspiracy.

John Newcomb< no role > of Palace Street Pimlico in the
County of Middlesex Boot maker maketh Oath and
saith that in January session last he this Deponent
prepared Indictment against the Defendant who
are Journeymen Boot and shoe makers for a
Conspiracy to raise their wages which Bill was found
true by the Grand Jury and this deponent further
saith that according to the practice of this Court Honorable
Court it was necessary that he should enter into a
Recognizance to prossecute the Defendants before any
Warrants could be obtained against them on the said
Indictment upon which he ordered into such Recognizing
in the Sum of Forty pounds and obtained Warrents
against them and this Deponent further saith that her
as well as the Constables to whom the Warrants were sue
made diligent inquires and search for the Defendant
but found they had [..] themselves in con [..]
of their Indicates that they could not appeal
