Richard Holloway< no role > of Rathbone Place in
the Parish of Saint Pancras it the County of Middlesex
Upholder maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent
stands Indicted for keeping a disorderly House No. 91, in
Queen Ann Street East in the Parish of Saint Marylebone
in the County of Middlesex That he this Deponent never
resided in the same House but let the same to a Tenant nor
did he know that any disorders whatever had been
committed by his Tenant so as to make him liable to be
Indicted for the above offence And this Deponent Saith
that he hath since he has been Indicted endeavoured to sell
and dispose of the said House in order to remove the
Nuisance complained of and for that purpose hath given
Notice to his said Tenant to quit but cannot meet with
a purchaser And this Deponent further Saith that
he is not fully prepared to take his Trial on the said
Indictment this Session on account of the House General material witnesses for this Deponent but hopes to be prepared to take
the same at the next Session and humbly hopes this
Honorable Court will respite his Recognizance in the
mean time

Sworn in Court this 30th.
