John Andrews< no role > of High St in the Parish
of Saint Marylebone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
and George Barker Ballachey< no role > Clerk to Messieurs Turner
and Seymour of Margaret Street in the said Parish of
Saint Marylebone and County of Middlesex Attornies
at Law Severally make Oath and Say And first
this Deponent John Andrews< no role > for himself saith
that the said James Durand< no role > being charged on the Oath
of Elizabeth Bedford< no role > Singlewoman with having gotten
her with Child the said James Durand< no role > together with
one Jane Durand< no role > and one Joseph Andrew< no role > are bound
in a recognizance for the appearance of the said
James Durand< no role > at this present General Quarter Session
of the Peace for the Country of Middlesex And this
Deponent John Andrews< no role > further saith that the said
Elizabeth Bedford< no role > is not yet delivered of any Child
as this Deponent is informed and believes And
this Deponent George Baker Ballachey for
himself saith that he this Deponent hath made
Inquiryat the place of residence of the said James
Durand
< no role > and Jane Durand as described in the
said Recognizance for the purpose of serving them
with Notice of this motion but was informed and
believes they do not reside there and also hath made
inquiry after the place of residence of the said Joseph
