and this Deponant further saith that many other
Journeymen who stood Indicted for the saint offence [..]
tried in the Court of Kings Bench and this honourable court
and convicted [..] some of whom were sentenced
to be Imprisoned and to give security for their good
behaviour and the remainder together with the Defendants
intimidated or such punishment returned to their
employment and [..] all combination and Conspiracy
and this Deponant further saith that it is not through
any Favour Fee or reward that he did not prosecute
the said Defendants but only for the reason above
stated.
