Session House, Clerkenwell Green,
21st October, 1799.

YOU were bound to appear and prosecute George King< no role >
at June
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not ap
pearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed
for levying 20 Pounds on your Goods and Chattels unless
you stay Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite of the Recog-
nizance at the next Sessions, which will be held at the Session-House
aforesaid, on TUESDAY, the Twenty-ninth Day of October Instant.
