Butcher , make Oath & say that
having been convictted before H: Jackson
Esqr. One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County, in the Sum of Five
Pounds for using of a Certain Card on
the 12th. October Last, of which I was then
the Owner, without First having any
Name of Plain of abode printed therefore
an Large Legith Letters, and having
entered into a Recognizance before the
Magistrates at the Public Office in Hotton
Garden on the 23rd. October last to appear
against such Conviction at the there
next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for the said County, It was any
Intention to have preserved in such
appeal, provided I had not Received
a written Notice from the said
H: Jackson Esqr. make he should
Defined the said intended appeal
