Issued their warrant against the Defendant upon an
examination of Elizabeth Yates< no role > a parishioner of
Hendon taken upon Oath in Writing declaring
herself with Child, that such Child was likely to
be born a Bastard and to be chargeable to the Parish
of Hendon and that the Defendant Israel Randall< no role >
was the Father of the Child.

The Defendant has been apprehended upon
the said Warrant and entered into a Recognizance
appear at the present Session.

The Woman is not yet delivered of coursen [..]
order of maintenance made. It will be necessary
to [..] continue the Recognizance untill the
next sessions. Please to move accordingly.
