the Parish of Saint Pancras in the County of Middlesex
Victr , Maketh Oath and saith that he did some
said for Richd. Cooper< no role > the above named Defendant at
the Police Office in great Marlbrough that for his
appearing and pleading this Present October Sessns.
to the said Indictment-And this Deponent further
saith that the said Defendant is now confind
to his Bed through Illness as will appear by the
Certificate of the Surgeons hereunto Annext-this
Deponent therefore Humbly prays this Worsh-
ipfull Court will Respite their Recognizances till
the Next December Sessions when this Deponent
hopes she Defendant will be enabled to take
his Trial in the about Prosecution
