for the abovenamed Defendant maketh Oath and saith that
he was present at the Kings Bench Prison and did see James
Christie< no role > named and described in the affidavit hereto annexed
sign his named thereto and that the name "Jas. Christie is
the proper hand writing of the said James Christie< no role > and that
the said Affidavit was duly Sworn on the Twentynith day
of this instant October before G: Tourni [..] Esquire one of
the Magistrates for the County of Surry in the presence of this Deponent
And this Deponent further Saith that the said James
Christie< no role > is now a Prisoner in his Majestys prison
Commonly Called the Kings Bench
