Samuel Simmons< no role > Clerk to Messieurs Parker
and Wells of Union Court Broad Street London Solicitors
for the abovenamed Defendant maketh Oath and saith that
he was present at the Kings Bench Prison and did see James
Christie
< no role > named and described in the affidavit hereto annexed
sign his named thereto and that the name "Jas. Christie is
the proper hand writing of the said James Christie< no role > and that
the said Affidavit was duly Sworn on the Twentynith day
of this instant October before G: Tourni [..] Esquire one of
the Magistrates for the County of Surry in the presence of this Deponent
And this Deponent further Saith that the said James
Christie
< no role > is now a Prisoner in his Majestys prison
Commonly Called the Kings Bench
