were Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint George
in the said County of Middlesex
as
the lawful Settlement of her the said
Jane Smith< no role >
and her
said Two Children
That by virtue of such Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal the said Jane Smith< no role >
and her said two Children
have become and are now Chargeable to the Parish of Saint
George
in the County of Middlesex
Your Petitioners therefore
conserving themselves aggrieved by
such Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
humbly appeal to this Court against the
same and pray your Worships to appoint
a day for hearing and determining
said Appeal and that such relief
