To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their Court of General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled.

The Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George in the
County of Middlesex on behalf of themselves and other
the Inhabitants of said Parish.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of Ricd Davies< no role > and William
Forsteen
< no role > Esqres. Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the County of Middlesex bearing date
the 15th. day of June 1799 one Jane Smith< no role > Widow of
William Smith< no role > deceased and their Two Children Vizt.
Thomas< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > were Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint George in the said County of Middlesex as
the lawful Settlement of her the said Jane Smith< no role > and her
said Two Children

That by virtue of such Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal the said Jane Smith< no role > and her said two Children
have become and are now Chargeable to the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex

Your Petitioners therefore
conserving themselves aggrieved by
such Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
humbly appeal to this Court against the
same and pray your Worships to appoint
a day for hearing and determining
said Appeal and that such relief
