To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Enfield
in the County of Middlesex and
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
in the Parish of [..] Blackmore
in the County of Essex .

to wit.}


Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us, whole Names are
hereunto set, and Seals affixed being two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Enfield
That
Daniel Strut< no role > Margaret < no role > his
Wife and Mary < no role > his Child aged about
three Months
lately intruded and came into the said Parish of Enfield
and are actually become chargeable to the
same: We the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Examination of the said Daniel Strut< no role >
Upon Oath, as other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true,
and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Daniel Strut< no role > Margaret his wife
and Mary his Child
to be in the Parish of Blackmore
in the County of Essex

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to require you, on Sight hereof,
to remove and convey the said Daniel Strut< no role > Margaret< no role >
his wife and Mary his Child

from and out of your said Parish of Enfield
to the Parish of Blackmore and them
deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for them according to
Law.

Given under our Hands and Seals, this Thirtieth Day of
August 1798
