AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, ( by adjournment ) on Thursday
the Sixth Day of December
in the thirty ninth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Blackmore in the County
of Essex Appellants and The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Enfield in the County of Middlesex Respondents touching the
settlement of Daniel Strut< no role > , Margaret< no role > his Wife and Mary < no role > his Child aged
about Three Months which stood duly adjourned until this day Do at
the request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of Blackmore stand further adjourned

until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Enfield
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Tenth day of January next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
