for the said County of being a Rogue and Vagabond under Statute 32 G.3d. Chapter 53.
Section 17: and that she did thereupon enter into a Recognizance with Sureties to
Prosecute an Appeal against such Conviction: whereby the Petitioner convicted herself
aggrieved which said appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session Now upon hearing
the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective parties their Counsel and
Witnesses in and concerning the premises It is Ordered that the said Conviction be
and the same is hereby Quashed.
