At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden at Hickshall in Saint John Street in &
for the County of Middlesex on Monday the 9th. day
of Sepr. in the Twenty Eighth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
etc .

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in this County have notice of this Petition and Appeal &
that they and all other parties concerned do attend this
Court on Thursday next at Ten of the Clock in the fore-
noon to hear and abide the Judgmt. and determination
of the same Court touching the said Appeal
