To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx Assembled
in their General Session of the Peace

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the
said County.

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Benjamin Cox< no role >
and John Fielding< no role > Esqrs . two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster in the said County (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the tenth
day of August lastwhereby Winifred Baker< no role >
aged Fifteen Years Daughter of [..] William
Baker
< no role > Deceased by Winifred< no role > his wife was
removed and conveyed from the parish of St.
Martin in the Fields in the said County to
the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields as
the Place of her last legal Settlement

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved
by the Order or pass Warrant of the sd.
two Justices of the Peace , appeale to
this Court against the same and
humbly pray your Worships to Appoint
a day in this Present Sessions for the
hearing and Determining of the same

And yor Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
