To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above the Bars in the said County

Sheweth


That by vertue of an Order or Pass Warrt. under the
Hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role > and Francis Bedwell< no role >
Esqrs . Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 20th. day of July last Mary Douglas< no role > Single-
woman was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in
the Fields in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Bars as the Place of her
last legal Settlement

Yor. Petrs. thinking themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrt. appeal to
this Court against the same & humbly
pray that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day in this Present Sessions for
the hearing & determining of the said
Appeal And yor. Petrs. shall ever Pray
