At the Genl. Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereigne Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. Johns
Street in the County aforesd. on Tuesday the 15th. day of April
in the Eighth Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Sd. George
the Second King of Great Brittaine Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Martin in the Feilds in the County have Notice of this Appeale and that they and
all persons concerned doe Attd. this Court on Friday next at Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon to hear & abide the Judgmt. and Determinacon of this Court touching the
sd. Appeale
